1. Scope

This policy explains cancellation, renewals, refunds, and billing dispute handling for Flashify paid services.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from account billing settings.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Access typically remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law.

3. Renewals and Charges

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

4. Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

  • payments are non-refundable,
  • partial use, non-use, or change of mind is not a refund basis,
  • credits or usage quotas already granted are generally non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Cases

We may consider refunds in limited cases, including:

  • duplicate charges,
  • clear billing errors,
  • technical failure that prevents core paid service delivery.

Approval is at our reasonable discretion and subject to anti-fraud checks.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a card dispute/chargeback, please contact support so we can resolve quickly.

If a payment is reversed by chargeback or fraud determination, we may suspend related account access until resolved.

7. Trial and Promotional Terms

If a plan includes a trial or promotional discount, offer-specific terms govern duration, eligibility, renewal price, and restrictions.

8. How to Request Billing Support

  • account email,
  • order/subscription ID,
  • charge amount/date,
  • issue description.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
