1. Policy Overview

Rainverse LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through Flashify infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to: rainversellc@outlook.com

Your notice should include:

  1. your full legal name and contact information,
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed,
  3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it,
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized,
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act,
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. your name, address, phone, and email,
  2. identification of removed material and where it appeared before removal,
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was by mistake or misidentification,
  4. consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court,
  5. your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

5. Misrepresentations

Submitting false claims may expose you to legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
